ROANOKE RAPIDS — Glenda Ellis Smith, 63, of 1515 Georgia Ave., Roanoke Rapids, died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at Halifax Regional Medical Center.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 28, at Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service in Roanoke Rapids, which is handling the arrangements and other times at 122 Mills St., Roanoke Rapids.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 29, in the chapel of the funeral home.
