Couple celebrate 64th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hedgpeth of Hollister celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on Nov. 4. The couple was married on Nov. 4, 1944, and celebrated with the election of the 44th President of the United States, which is a historical event.

The couple are proud parents of six children (three daughters and three sons) — Charis and Pamela of Rocky Mount, Maurice of Red Oak, Olival of Virginia Beach, Va., Belinda of Durham and Deral of Hollister. The couple also have three daughters-in-law and two sons-in-law; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

The couple celebrated their anniversary at the Golden Corral with three of their children, Charis, Pamela and Deral, which was an enjoyable dinner. To God be the glory for all He has done!
