“Stuart Zoo” by Bonnie A. Vest is a delightful story of animals in a zoo that not only can talk to each other, but also are great friends. The event is free and open to the public.

After retiring to Lake Gaston, Vest attended HCC’s interior design program to keep current with all the design trends. She replies, “I thoroughly enjoyed the interior design program that I attended under the direction of Alice Vaughan, department chair of the interior design program. I highly recommend that anyone interested in any facet of interior design, please make an appointment to sit down to speak with Mrs. Vaughan. This program is fabulous.” If writing is not enough, Vest currently owns and operates Dragonfly Design.

A prize will be given at the end of the book. All persons buying a book will be eligible. Cost for the book is $9.99. Vest will donate $1 to the library for each book sold. “Stuart Zoo” is also available on audio.
