Mable Moseley Conner

GASTON — Mable Moseley Conner, 83, of Gaston, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2009, at Halifax Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Conner was born in Warren County and was the daughter of the late Bunnie V. Moseley and Ida Conner Moseley. She was a member of the Gaston Church of Christ and was formerly an employee of J.P. Stevens Company.

Mrs. Conner was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Odell Conner.

She is survived by a son, Alton Conner of Gaston; two daughters, Maxine Conner  and Linda Ann Pearson both of Gaston.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 p.m., today, Jan. 6, at Wrenn, Clarke & Hagan Funeral and Cremation Service,  in Roanoke Rapids, which is handling the arrangements.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 7, at Cedarwood Cemetery with Minister David Martin officiating.
