Wilson receives Doctor of Education Jacqueline H. Wilson recently completed the requirement for Doctor of Education in the area of educational leadership at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Her dissertation was titled “Improving Reading Instruction in the Areas of Reading Comprehension and Phonics.” Wilson has more than 30 years of experience in the field of education during which she has served as a teacher, mentor, regular education teacher, exceptional children teacher, curriculum specialist, Willie M. Case manager, assistant principal, principal and most recently as director of exceptional children with the Halifax County School system. Wilson has received many honors and awards in the field of education including being named the 2003 and 2005 Halifax County Schools Principal of Year. She and her husband, Conrad, reside in Enfield with their two daughters, Amanda and Kayla. |
