Alfreda Ruffin of Weldon said that she’s got the best lips in the Roanoke Valley, and they’re all over her truck. Her 2008 Dodge Ram has been custom accented with kisses. According to Ruffin, and Lynch’s Signs & Graphics who did the work, this design is one of a kind and original. Ruffin, who is a crossing guard, has gained a special friend in Madelyn Godfrey, who says she “loves this truck to death.”
