E. C. “Fats Warren had the Program.  He started with the song “Jesus Loves Me”.  His text was from John and Acts of the Bible.  He than sang “There Is a River”.  He told the story of the crusifixation of Jesus.  The song “When He Was On the Cross” followed.  He then play “I'll Fly Away” and “He Touched Me” on his harmonica.  He also told some stories from a song book he had read telling how the writers got the ideas to write their songs.  He then sang “His Eye Is On The Sparrow.”
