Wendy Boulineau Britton ROANOKE RAPIDS — Wendy Boulineau Britton of Roanoke Rapids died peacefully Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at her home. Wendy was born Feb. 18, 1962, the daughter of Mary and Charles Boulineau in Roanoke Rapids. Wendy was loved greatly by her family and friends. Wendy was a dedicated employee of the Roanoke Rapids Dialysis Center for 10 years until she became ill and could no longer work. She is survived by her parents, Mary and Charles Boulineau; her loving daughter, Megan Edmondson and her son-in-law, Brandon Edmondson; her sister, Cindy Harsh and Patrick Falwell; her brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Shana Boulineau of Greenville; her grandchildren, Jade and TJ Edmondson; and nieces and nephews, Amber Harsh, Tyler and Natalie Boulineau and Austin Falwell. Wendy was also survived by many extended family members, including Ronnie Martin, Pat, Blan and Kay Hayes, Anne and Freddie Nicholson, Joann and Reggies Nicholson, all of Roanoke Rapids, and Pete and Jeanette Consos of Richmond Hill, Ga. There are many special cousins, friends and extended family members as well. Also, a special thanks to Linda and Tim Harris, Tina Powell and her best friend, Brendon Askew. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Sunday, June 14, at Wrenn, Clarke and Hagan Funeral & Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids, which is handling the arrangements. Services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, June 15, at the funeral home, with Father Michael A. Butler officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery. The family would like to give a very special thanks to her physician, Dr. Gerardo Maradiaga for his extraordinary kindness during her illness, Dr. Richard Minelly, and the Roanoke Rapids Police Department for their professionalism during our tragedy. Wendy will be greatly missed.
