The bridegroom is the son of Keith and Patsy Browder. He is the grandson of the late Joe and Yvonne Lambert of Roanoke Rapids and Don and Vivian Browder of Weldon.
The Rev. James H. Rawls performed the nuptial ceremony.
A program of wedding music was provided by Ashley Harris of Roanoke Rapids, vocalist, and Trudy Duke of Roanoke Rapids, pianist.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a designer gown by Maggie Sottero. The style of the one-piece dress was Suzanne Vidal, with vintage taffeta and vidal lace. The A-line strapless gown featured a corset back and an elegant lace overlay on the bodice that created an asymmetrical lowered waist. A taffeta empire band sprinkled with crystals decorated the bodice. The taffeta skirt was accented with gentle folds of fabric that were upswept at the side to reveal the enchanting lace hem. Rich lace appliqués adorned the chapel-length train.
For her headpiece, the bride chose a tiara adorned with pearls and crystals and a fingertip-length veil adorned with crystals. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of starfighter lilies, calla lilies and roses designed by It’s All About You.
Kendall Michelle Warrick of Roanoke Rapids, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Dawnelle Pierce of New Bern, Kelly Traylor of Littleton and Hannah Hardy of Raleigh, all friends of the bride.
Keith Browder Sr. served as his son’s best man. Groomsmen were Brian Browder, brother of the bridegroom, Joey Lambert, uncle of the bridegroom, and Alan Clary, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, all of Roanoke Rapids.
Nichole Clary of Roanoke Rapids served as mistress of ceremonies.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Halifax Academy and a 2008 graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is employed at the East Carolina Heart Institute at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in the Cardiovascular Intermediate Unit.
The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School. He is employed at Buck Lucas Logging Inc. and is the assistant fire chief at Rheasville Volunteer Fire Department.
After a honeymoon trip to Tennessee, the couple will reside in Roanoke Rapids.
