OUTRAGED!!!

On May 28,2009 I received a phone call from Roanoke Rapids High School concerning my son graduating. Two weeks before graduation and I get a call saying he will not graduate June 12,2009 with the rest of his class! That is not even why I am outraged, it is because it is not his fault! He was short one credit because of an error made by the school!!! So, we just asked because it is state and local requirement to have 22 credits will they just let him walk with the rest of the class on June 12th. He had already started making up the credit and would have been half way though the class before graduation.We got the answer "NO" because it would not be fair for the other 52 children that can not walk because they FAILED. He did not fail it was school error and they know it! What's not fair is it has made my child not want to go back to school because he feels like he is being punished for something he did not do!! I have been to the superintendent and the principle and they still said no the was nothing they could do! Well I do not see what the problem is and they wonder why kids quit school. My child is a good boy and he loves school and now he doesn't even care because of people that do not have a heart!!! He will not graduate because of a mistake made by the school!!
