‘First for Freedom’ concludes Thursday and Friday

Actors from “First For Freedom,” Halifax County’s own historical outdoor drama, act out a scene during Market Days in Halifax. The drama will be performed at 7 p.m., Thursday and Friday, at the amphitheatre  the 4-H Rural Life Center, Highway 903. General admission tickets are $10 each. Seniors and groups (10 or more) are $8 each. Student tickets are $5 each and children 5 and under will be admitted free. Tickets can be purchased at the gate or in advance at the Halifax County Visitors Center, Halifax County Arts Council Gallery, Halifax County Cooperative Extension office, Halifax County Library, Historic Halifax, Town of Halifax office or from any cast member.  For information, visit the Halifax County Convention and Visitors Bureau at www.visithalifax.com or call (252) 535-1687.
