Unhappy patient

It is a shamed that someone has to go to the ER and wait over 3 hours before they are seen. We all are in need for good health care. It seems like most of the people working in the health care feild are only working for the money. They when you tell them you have been waiting for a long time all they say we are busy. What is that about? The staff there gets mad with you when you are the one who is sick and hurting. They need to get it right.  When are they going to fix HRMC or close it down.
