As of Feb. 19, the Halifax County Health Department reports 4,917 total positive COVID-19 cases. The following is a breakdown of the positive cases:

• 14 new positive COVID-19 cases reported for Feb. 18

• 95 (1.92%) COVID-19 related deaths
