From the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office:

Oct. 2

Deputy T. Lewis served an outstanding warrant on 53-year-old Darryl Woodhouse of Conway for assault on a female. He received a 48-hour domestic hold.

Oct. 3

Deputy A. Johnson located and served an outstanding warrant on 22-year-old Unique Tillery of Garysburg for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.

Oct. 5

• Deputy C. Exum, Deputy M. Sledge and Deputy T. Lewis responded to a disturbance in Garysburg. Upon arrival and investigation, officers arrested and charged 36-year-old Antonio Avent of Roanoke Rapids with assault inflicting serious injury. He received a 48-hour domestic hold.

• Sgt. A. Taylor served an outstanding order for arrest failure to appear on 36-year-old Tyrone Hawkins of Garysburg. He received a $300 secured bond.

Oct. 6

Deputy J. Comeaux located and served an outstanding warrant on 62-year-old Alton Mitchell of Conway for assault with a deadly weapon. He received a 48-hour domestic hold.

Oct. 8

• Deputy J. Comeaux located and served outstanding warrants on 25-year-old Detray Smallwood of Rich Square for assault on a female out of Bertie County and failure to appear out of Pasquotank County. He received a 48-hour domestic hold and is scheduled to appear in court today in Windsor.

• Deputy J. Comeaux located and arrested 36-year-old Jamaar Nichols of Roanoke Rapids for an outstanding warrant for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile out of Roanoke Rapids Police Department. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond and a Dec. 4 court date in Halifax County.

Oct. 9

Deputy J. Comeaux located and arrested 32-year-old Brandon Daniel of Rich Square for an outstanding warrant for probation violation. He received a $164 cash bond.

Oct. 11

Deputy R. Howard served an outstanding warrant on 21-year-old Ronald Owens of Gaston for harassing phone calls. He received a $500 unsecured bond and a Dec. 8 court date in Halifax County.

Oct. 15

• Sgt. W. Killian served an outstanding warrant on 31-year-old Brittney Hawkins of Seaboard for communicating threats and second-degree trespass. She received a written promise to appear and was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 27.

• Deputy R. Howard located and served an outstanding warrant on 58-year-old Ervin Slade of Murfreeesboro for communicating threats. He received a written promise to appear and is scheduled to appear in court Friday in Winton.

Oct. 16

Deputy J. Comeaux located and served an outstanding warrant on 75-year-old Jean Richards of Rich Square for communicating threats. She received a written promise to appear and a Nov. 17 court date.

Oct. 17

Deputy B. White served an outstanding warrant on 34-year-old Larry Joyner of Rich Square for filing a false police report. He received a $500 secured bond and a Nov. 17 court date. This warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by Deputy J. Comeaux.
