May 8
Sgt. M. Sledge responded to a location outside of Conway in reference to a domestic disturbance call. Upon arrival, Sgt. Sledge arrested 40-year-old Timothy Cross of Garysburg for domestic violence protective order violation. He received a 48-hour hold and was scheduled for a May 16 court date in Northampton County.
May 10
Sgt. R. Giglio and Deputy T. Stephenson responded to a location in Henrico in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival and investigation, 49-year-old Samuel Vincent of Henrico was arrested and served an outstanding warrant out of Nash County for assault on a female and misdemeanor larceny. He received 48-hour domestic hold and a June 14 court date. He later received a $500 secured bond.
May 11
• Deputy T. Stephenson initiated a traffic stop with dirt bikes riding in the roadway. Jay’Lynn Clanton, 20, of Garysburg, was arrested and charged with flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle, fail to heed to blue lights/siren, reckless driving without regard to public safety, driving while license revoked, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving a motor vehicle without registration and cited for driving an ATV on the roadway. He was served a $1,000 secured bond and was scheduled to appear in court on May 18 in Northampton County.
• Sgt. G. Williams, served an outstanding warrant on 25-year-old Trelende Johnson of Halifax for injury to personal property, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and simple assault. She received a 48-hour domestic hold and later received a $750 secured bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on May 11 in Northampton County.
May 18
Deputy G. Prescott responded to a location in Conway in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival and investigation, 32-year-old Marquise Faison was arrested for an outstanding warrant for assault on a female. He received a $500 unsecured bond and a June 8 court date in Northampton County.
