WASHINGTON, D.C. — Joseph Clinton Joyner, 73, of Washington, D.C., formerly of Northampton County, died Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, at Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham, Maryland. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and being handled by T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care LLC., 301 Park St. in Seaboard.
