Northeast Academy, now in the short rows of an industrious fall sports schedule, returns to action this week across multiple landscapes.

The women’s tennis team, which stands 1-5 to date, takes up work today at home versus Lawrence Academy before entertaining area rival Ridgecroft on Wednesday. Hosting the Eagles on Thursday will be Community Christian School, which has yet to earn a victory this season.

Also playing thrice this week is the volleyball troupe (1-6, 1-6 Tar Heel), which treks to Lawrence Academy today before concluding the regular season on Thursday and Friday at Pungo Christian and Ridgecroft, respectively.
